OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM DETAILS

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the AI Genius Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and comply with local laws.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions will vary by product. Standard commissions are 20% for Tier 1 and 5% for Tier 2 referrals, unless otherwise specified. Commissions are based on valid referrals that result in a purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid within 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which the referred sale is made. Payments will be made via PayPal or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Affiliate Tracking

Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link. AI Genius is not responsible for errors in tracking due to cookies being disabled or other technical issues.

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not use deceptive advertising, SPAM, or unethical marketing practices. Affiliates are also prohibited from bidding on AI Genius-related keywords in PPC campaigns or using misleading domain names.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use AI Genius branding materials in accordance with provided guidelines.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

8. Amendments

AI Genius reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
